Listing your property is fast and completely free! Click on the "Sell" button in the navigation header, fill in the 5-step details about your property (location, price, photos, amenities), and click submit. Our verification team reviews the listing within 24 hours to ensure high lead quality.

Basic individual property listings are 100% Free with zero upfront charges. For brokers and builders requiring unlimited active listings and top-of-search featured exposure, we provide affordable subscription packages starting at Rs.999/month.

Look for the green "Verified Property" badge on listings. Properties bearing this badge have undergone document verification (RERA registration, ownership proof, and physical on-site checks) by our local field specialists.

On any property detail page, simply click the "Schedule Visit" button. Pick your convenient date and 2-hour time slot (e.g. 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 02:00 PM, 04:00 PM). The owner and NearbyProperty relationship manager will confirm the appointment via SMS/WhatsApp.
